In this section we find a couple of photos taken in 1988 or early 1989 by Bryan's friend and photographer Jack White. These were taken just before he joined REO Speedwagon. It is interesting to note that Jack was also the original drummer for Rick Springfield.

To the right another photo of Bryan just before he joined REO Speedwagon. The photo was taken in 1989. 3

In August 1989 Bryan joins REO Speedwagon.

Here are some early shots of Bryan in REO. They are a series of screen shots taken of Bryan from the 1990 REO Speedwagon video "Live it Up." The directors cut tool snapped from the video (see photo below) shows a date of 7-1-90.

As time went on ... REO Speedwagon knew they had found a new brother ... and Bryan felt so at ease around the REO home ... he began to take his shirt off:

In the photo below ... Bryan shows his off his trade mark intensity as he strikes a crash cymbal. Hitt 'em hard is more than a catchy slogan ... it's reality!

Bryan usually breaks at least ten cymbals a year while touring:

Hitt 'em Hard!!!!!!!!!!!!

After looking at the last photo ... this photo must have been taken during a ballad and it shows the other side of Bryan:

Hitt 'em Soft Bryan!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally we have Bryan in 2009 ......rockin' out on the Ludwig drums!:

Those drums look as cooooooooooooool as ice!

HOPE YOU ENJOYED THE PHOTOS!

HITT 'EM HARD!
